A Spacious Retreat for Ten

Cozzi Lepri family made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The place has a pool looking out over the forest and a shared picnic area with a fire pit for summer dinners. It's also a handy base for exploring nearby ancient villages, medieval castles and fortresses, Etruscan museums, and trails on Mount Cetona and around it. The Tuscan scenery is gentle and harmonious, with rolling green hills and lines of cypress trees. A lovely place to settle in.

The welcome was wonderful, and the accommodations are roomy and well equipped. This fantastic agriturismo sits in nature at the edge of a park, with a beautiful pool and a shared spot for grilling.

We needed the pool in the very hot weather, and it was a great way to cool off. The scenery is beautiful and everything feels peaceful and relaxing. The owners are every bit as kind as you'd hope, and their helpful tips can make a vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Anna's warmth and friendliness made us want to come back for another relaxing break. The farmhouse stands on a lovely hill in the Tuscan countryside, with a huge forest and hiking paths nearby. Cypress, plum, and other trees surround its two buildings, pool, service areas, and outdoor seating. Even on the hottest days, you can sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze.
