We loved the Italian breakfasts each morning and got a very warm welcome. It was peaceful, with parking that was a real plus, and close enough to walk into town. A lovely B&B on the edge of Sarzana, just right for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Andrea deserves special thanks for the warm welcome and all the help. This welcoming bed and breakfast has every comfort, and I especially liked the furnishings. It’s a classic example of Italian excellence in doing business. I’ll definitely be back. THANK YOU, Andrea!

Andrea was always happy to answer questions and chat pleasantly with the other guests in the morning. The lady also knows a lot about local history and gave detailed information. Make the most of it! The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the property feels welcoming, surrounded by greenery and quiet, a great spot to relax. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. The breakfast room is small and has just one table, but that turned out to be a bonus. We enjoyed sharing thoughts and impressions with Andrea and the neighbors there. The homemade desserts and jams were excellent, and parking was convenient. If we come back to the area, which is likely, we’ll stay here again.
