So clean, and there were lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. 👍

We stayed from August 14 to 24, 2025. I’d been here in 2020 and had a good experience, but things have changed, even though the managers, Antonio and Alessandra, are the same. I’d advise people to ignore reviews that are more than a year old. The listing photos no longer reflect the place. The property has been greatly reduced, and almost all of the lovely garden shown in the pictures has disappeared. A small section is left neglected, with a green divider sheet put up somehow between it and the part that was removed. The property has now been converted into apartments with kitchens, as we were told, so breakfast and meals on request are no longer available. There were also serious problems with our unit, apartment 1 on the garden floor. The outside was generally run-down, and the exterior lights were always off at night. Hot water for washing swung between scalding and cold. The mosquito screens were stuck, so we couldn’t open the shutters. The toilet leaked constantly, leaving a black limescale streak inside, and mold was starting to appear on the bathroom ceiling. I paid the full amount on the first day, as requested. I reported the problems the next day but got no response, apart from a rude reply from Mrs. Alessandra. I also believe the apartments don’t meet recent safety regulations. I had to threaten to contact the financial police before I could get a receipt. This is no way to run a tourist facility.

I arrived after midnight and hadn’t been able to buy groceries, so the owners came out to help and left a bottle of water in the fridge. They were so welcoming and helpful, and it was a pleasure to meet two genuinely kind people. The apartment was roomy, very clean, and had everything I needed. I felt comfortable there and would recommend this agriturismo to anyone who wants to feel at home.

We stayed for 12 nights and completely fell for this beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by nature and furnished with so much care. Antonio, the manager, has a huge heart. He’s generous and helped us when we needed it. I absolutely recommend staying here.
