The restaurant serves excellent food made with local ingredients, and the staff are so kind and full of advice. I felt as if I'd known them forever. It's a peaceful place with great rooms, and the village is an industrial archaeology site protected by UNESCO. There are two beautiful beaches within a 4- or 10-minute walk, with more a short distance away. A good fit for all kinds of travelers, including people who enjoy trekking and climbing.

A tiny, non-touristy place, Argentiera is known for its mine and has kilometers of stunning, uninhabited coastline. The hotel is three minutes from the beach, with a beautiful view, and it's clean and welcoming. The value for money is amazing, and the people here are the friendliest I've met in Sardinia. If you're looking to get away from city life and stress, rest, or spend time in nature with yoga or meditation, this is a great place.

The dessert tasted chemical and wasn't good. The beef rib was overcooked and sad, priced at €5 per 100 g. When it came time to pay, they said the 350 g portion cost €25. Try to spot the mistake. The server took the bill away three times to work it out, and I had to tell him the amount. It was the same server who posted a positive opinion about the restaurant on this page. The tuna was completely tasteless, almost disgusting, and the pasta was okay but missing half its filling, with no prawns despite being listed. I don't like criticizing places, but I can't accept this. It's the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. I don't recommend it at all.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the local food, prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients, made the stay even better. I loved the wild beauty of the surroundings and the grandeur of Mother Nature everywhere. The beach is only a two-minute walk from the Argentiera Inn Hotel-Hostel, in a heavenly location. Sunsets from the large terrace were unforgettable. Such a wonderful surprise, and definitely an experience I'd repeat.

The restaurant is worth a stop for its simple, hearty cooking and pasta that's excellent quality and cooked just right. The manager and chef were notably helpful, and the welcome was warm, friendly, informal, and very pleasant. Prices are reasonable. It's in a charming place off the beaten path, close to the sea but far enough from the road to keep the whole establishment quiet.
