We felt at home here for a whole wonderful week, slept really well, and were made to feel welcome and pampered. The hosts were the highlight, especially Wendy, with their warmth and friendliness. The room, buildings, views, and facilities were all very good, if not excellent. Best B&B we've stayed at so far, without a doubt.

My favorite part was the tour of the herb garden. I came with my extended family, and the owner was wonderfully accommodating of the group's mobility and dietary limitations. Already looking forward to coming back.

We came away wanting to return, and would recommend this charming family-run place even for a relaxing break. John and Wendy were lovely hosts. The location makes it convenient for the main attractions, including Frasassi Caves and the coast. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and breakfast is worthy of a 4-star hotel. Wendy and John gave us such a warm welcome, they're two special people. We spent two days here at Easter this year, at this lovely property near Sassoferrato and not far from the famous Grotte di Frasassi. The location is great, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped.

The restaurant serves excellent traditional Marche dishes at reasonable prices. The property is a renovated country farmhouse with a rustic feel, and the huge room was clean and quiet, with exposed stone and wood. Recommended for couples.
