Andrea was always around when we needed help and went out of his way to make the stay pleasant. The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and its location worked well, close to both the ski lift and the town center. I'd definitely recommend it.

Andrea provided exceptional service and did everything he could to make our holiday run smoothly. The place is in a quiet area, but the centre is still easy to reach. If you're heading to Sauze, this is a great choice.

Andrea's communication was brilliant from booking until we left. He answered all our questions, let us check in early and check out late, drove us both ways into town, and recommended and booked restaurants for us. We came back from Case Vacanze Perron feeling we'd had a lovely stay, and he'd been so helpful throughout. The village has a small, quiet chair lift about a seven minute walk away, which takes you to Sportinia. Andrea also has a bar for apres drinks, though we didn't get to use it. The town is uphill and about a 5-8 minute drive away, so that could be inconvenient if you don't want to drive. There are taxis and a bus, and a shortcut on foot, but we never tried walking it. I'd absolutely book this hotel again and recommend it. It may not be ideal for someone using a wheelchair.

Jouvencaux is a picturesque little town with two nice restaurants and a ski shop around the corner. We had an amazing stay, with a spacious apartment, all the equipment we needed, and peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Each apartment has a terrace, and the ski lifts are a good five minute walk away. Andrea was welcoming and ready to help however he could. We'd definitely come back.
