The garden and pool are dreamy, the property is very well maintained, and the owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge, and it's easy to relax here while still being close to Naples. A few things could make the stay more convenient: a mini-fridge in the room, a towel rack in the bathroom, and a disposable toiletries kit. Breakfast in the room was a little awkward, so I'd use some of the available space for a breakfast room and offer more choice. Still, we had a wonderful vacation.

I've been trying to reach the property by phone for almost a month to ask for information. The online number rings once, then goes to voicemail. I also sent a WhatsApp message nearly a month ago and haven't had a reply. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I'm giving one star because the garden and the building really deserve better, but nothing else went right. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and I couldn't even get a phone signal, so I felt cut off from the world. The toilet had no seat, and instead of single-use soap, there were bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Their idea of breakfast is coffee and a croissant. They don't ask if you'd like that or prefer something else, and there's nothing more available. They also don't clean the room during a stay of several nights. When I mentioned it, the owner said it's a B&B, not a hotel. A bad experience. Never again.

I stayed in the attic suite with a whirlpool tub and had a wonderful time. The room is beautifully and tastefully furnished, and having air conditioning in both the bedroom and bathroom was a real plus because it was a bit warm up there. Breakfast was generous and very good. The soundproofing is the one weak point, but I'd still recommend spending a few nights here.
