The house was beautiful, and the owner was very welcoming, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It was just enough for a night’s sleep. There were stains on the sheets, dirty glasses in the sink, and food left uncovered in the refrigerator. It wasn’t for me.

The area was quiet and peaceful, and the stay was excellent value. The host was kind, friendly, and helpful. My room was carefully furnished, with two clean towels ready for me. I shared the bathroom, and it stayed clean and tidy, just like the house.

We spent most of our time at the house, relaxing in the evenings after busy days in Bellaria and having a few quiet moments over breakfast in the morning. The peace, privacy, comfort, and Gianluca’s helpfulness made our four days really enjoyable. I’d booked four nights through Booking.com, from October 24th to October 27th, for the Rumore Bim Festival in Bellaria Igea Marina, 12 km away. My daughter was one of the performing dancers and part of the choreography for the final gala evening. We were welcomed downstairs in Gianluca’s villa as soon as we arrived, and he made us feel at home. He lives upstairs too, which made us feel secure and meant help was close by if we needed anything. The whole house had a warm, family feel, from its furnishings to the discreet but attentive presence of Gianluca and his sweet mother, an old lady from another era. We’ll definitely be back. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, and everything was ready for a comfortable stay. Gianluca is friendly and welcoming, and from the first night I felt at home. The center and other amenities are only a few steps away. Just down the road there’s the “podere bislacco,” an outdoor bar along the Rubicone with good music and good beer. What more can I say? 100% recommended. Give ULISSE, the house dog, a pat, God forbid!
