Resort Borgo San Rocco

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and their excellent English made everything easy and pleasant. When our late-night flight came around, they even packed food and drinks for us to take to the airport. That thoughtful hospitality made this unforgettable stay even more special. We had a spotless, elegant, comfortable room in one of the lovely cottages, with a balcony overlooking the sea. From the property, the views across the sea and charming Sicilian landscape were breathtaking. The location is ideal too, a short walk from the famous Godfather Walk, the church where Michael got married, and the iconic Bar Vitelli. Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and a true gem in this part of Sicily. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Savoca!

The staff were the best I’ve ever known. They made us feel welcome and part of the family straight away, and everything ran smoothly. They were attentive without getting in our way, laid back but very efficient. The hotel is just as pretty as the scenery, and it really has the wow factor. There’s a pool in what must be the prettiest setting I’ve seen for one. The food was great, and the wines were lovely. We were there for a wedding, and the hotel really pulled it out of the bag. The hotel sits high in the hills with stunning views. St Nicholas church is just around the corner, a treat for Godfather fans, and from there it’s a gentle stroll down to the quiet, pretty village of Savoca. There are great restaurants and places to sit and watch the world go by. The surrounding area is lovely and breathtaking. You can walk if you’re staying nearby, but for exploring further afield, hire a car. Public transport is great fun, though not entirely reliable. Great place, great people. We’ll be back. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The view was spectacular, one of the best we’ve had from a place we stayed. Set in the picturesque little village of Savoca, this was a relaxing and breathtaking place to stay, like walking into a dream. Francesca and Alessandra deserve a special mention for their amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Five stars!

Savoca is stunning, and the hotel feels just as beautiful. When we first walked into our room, we were so moved by how lovely the place was. Francesca and the team have been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I usually wait until after checkout to leave a review, but I’m still here and already can’t find a fault. They even arranged a ride for us from the station without hearing back from me, since I was having phone trouble. I was so grateful, and the trip here from the station was great too.
