The owners were warm and very willing to help, and the rooms had full furnishings with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s conveniently close to both the city center and the train station. One snag: the elevator is small and kept locked, so you need a key. Even a lightweight stroller won’t fit unless you fold it.

Good value for a fully furnished apartment with parking in the building, a short way from the center. The owner was friendly and helpful, and suggested interesting spots around the city as well as good fish restaurants. I recommend it.
