The location is a dead end if you don't have a car, and I can't recommend staying here. Our arrival set the tone: someone else was in our room, and the receptionist took a long time to sort it out. She only moved us after I complained firmly and showed her my full name in the booking log. She was very unpleasant. We tried breakfast once and didn't go back. The room was dirty and neglected. The bed was made by joining two others, the pillows were unusable, and I woke with a headache. The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet flush stuck with water running constantly, and the shower door was broken. Hot water ran out while I was bathing. Ants were all over the room and bathroom. The safe wouldn't let me set a code, so I had to ask for its key, and the batteries seemed to have been dead for years. There was no reliable internet, and the Wi-Fi disappeared when more people were at the hotel. Nobody cleaned our room during the stay or replenished the toilet paper. The pool looked nice, and we used it a few times before noticing animal droppings in the water. We definitely didn't relax here.

The neighborhood was only so-so, though we had a lovely view from our room. The hotel itself was very nice, with a beautiful garden and pool, excellent service, and a great breakfast. It was also very inexpensive and friendly for kids. We'd strongly recommend it for a short stay.

A lovely, quiet pool and a great base for trips around Campagna made this feel close to a perfect holiday spot. It's away from the tourist areas, so you can get some downtime too. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and fresh, and the house has a fantastic style and atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful. I really hope I can return one day.

We slept so well, the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great. It's a small hotel, just 10 minutes from Pompeii.

I liked the secluded feel, away from Naples with its crowds, cars, buses, and motorcyclists. The hotel has a pool, a little garden, and its own parking, tucked down a small street among old houses and fields full of plants. Just avoid room number one, which is less equipped and neglected.
