Brand new, quiet, super clean, convenient, and cheap.

Paola and Susi were so friendly and attentive, and always happy to help with requests. Their suggestions for restaurants, excursions, and places to see were excellent. The care they put into looking after guests really comes through. My partner and I felt at home right away, thanks to the warm welcome, helpfulness, and genuine smiles from the staff. I stayed at this B&B for a few days and came away deeply appreciative. It's a peaceful, welcoming place where the details are taken care of. Highly recommend it.

Mrs. Paola is always helpful and kind. It's a nice B&B with a good breakfast, and everything is new. The location works well for the beach, historic center, and pedestrian area.

We came back again this August and found some improvements made after we shared our feedback. It says a lot about how much the managers care about guests. More changes are planned, and I'm confident they'll follow through. Paola and her team were honest, dependable, and available whenever I needed anything. I've been recommending this B&B again this year. It's as good as the city's better-known hotels, and the value for money is truly excellent. I'll definitely return. That's a first for me, since in other years I've changed places because of the atmosphere or the people running them. This time I found the best. Our first visit was for 16 days with my family, in two rooms with balconies, and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and had their own air conditioning and a minibar. Both ensuite bathrooms were clean, the showers were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. There was free private parking with an automatic gate right beside the property. The location was ideal, close to the center and sea, and it stayed very peaceful despite the August crowds. Breakfast was an excellent, generous buffet, and the prices were fair. We found nothing negative about our stay. Paola, who runs the place, was incredibly kind and helpful, as were the staff. Thanks to her and her collaborators Susy, Alessia, and Marisa. They handled laundry every day and were always smiling and friendly. Highly recommended.
