The common-room air conditioning could have been better, but that was a small flaw next to an otherwise perfect stay. The food was delicious and varied, the rooms were spotless and welcoming, and the service was efficient. We felt looked after from beginning to end. The entertainment team made each day special. Roberto, the tireless head entertainer, led everyone with charisma, professionalism, and a big heart. Sofia and Mirko brought warmth, energy, and kindness, and were always ready to involve adults and kids. Valentino was extraordinary too. His smile, charm, and spontaneity helped everyone feel at ease, and his energy and helpfulness kept bringing smiles and lovely memories to take home. He's a real strength of the team. Thanks as well to "Dirotta da Noi," the agency that brought us together with such a wonderful group. Without them, the vacation wouldn't have been the same.

The sea was spectacular, apart from a couple of days when it let us down. We had an unforgettable week at this small, welcoming place, which has what you need for a family holiday. The rooms were clean, the food excellent, and Salvatore was always on hand with impeccable service. Deborah, Selena, Saverio, Valentino, and Roberto made the entertainment so much fun. They're professionals, and you can see the passion they put into it despite everything. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation. We'll keep you in our hearts.

We went from August 10 to August 17 expecting a packed hotel and a hard week, since we had full board. Even with the hotel full, the service and food were impeccable, and the week turned out wonderfully relaxing. The sea in Scalea was beautiful. The pool and 7perle beach club were clean and peaceful too, thanks in large part to Ahmed, who was tireless and extremely kind. The food was delicious and varied, especially the seafood. Thanks to the chef, the cheerful, helpful waiters, housekeeping, reception, and the pool bar team. Salvatore, the maitre d', was always smiling, happy to handle requests, and offered tips about places to visit. The entertainment was fantastic, led by the extraordinary Roberto, with Saverio, Valentino, Selena, and Deborah. We'll always remember those four. My 7-year-old had grown out of baby dance, but was so excited to see them sing, dance, and act that he didn't miss a single evening show. See you next year. :)

The shuttle worked really well, and the driver was very helpful. The beach is about 1.5 km away, so you need a car or the shuttle to get there. Parking is easy enough, but could be a problem in July and August, so I'd suggest taking the shuttle. The pool is very small, and it could be hard to find a spot at busy times. I stayed for a week in June and had a really good time. The food was excellent, especially the fish, which they cook very well. The restaurant staff were helpful, and my room was very clean, though some updating would help. For example, the bathroom door didn't close properly. I got along with almost everyone on the entertainment team, but one person could speak more gently to guests, especially children, and avoid showing annoyance at requests. I felt they were truly rude to me more than once. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable week.
