A roomy studio right by the tram stop for getting into the city. I'd definitely recommend it.

Really good communication with the owner, and the apartment was lovely for a good price :)

We came by car and found this a very convenient base for exploring Florence. The apartment, on the edge of the city, is well equipped, and the building has an elevator. There's free parking about 500 metres away, and the tram stop is just behind the building for trips to the centre. In the evening, you can have an aperitif on the street below, with several other good restaurants an easy walk away.

It may be a studio, but it has everything you need: a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The place was spotless, and the owners were incredibly helpful. It's a great base for exploring Florence, right above the tram stop. Highly recommended!

The host was attentive and helpful, and the tram runs right in front of the building, with a service into town every five minutes. This is a great apartment for a longer stay close to the city. It's spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a nice bathroom.
