The hospitality made the stay feel like we were guests in someone's home. The staff were genuine, greeted us with smiles, and were always happy to share what makes the place special. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the honey and pastries, and the chef also cooked eggs. Families will enjoy seeing the animals: hares and rabbits, geese and ducks, a peacock, and ponies. The staff even gave us carrots to feed them. Outside Florence, the countryside was calm and had a simple charm, while the rooms were comfortable and had modern amenities.

I brought my active cat along, and she loved all the animals here! Everyone was kind, and the breakfast was amazing, really organic and delicious. They don't serve lunch or dinner, but you can go out to eat or order pizza. We don't have a car, so we took a taxi, which wasn't too difficult. We'll definitely come back, thank you! 🐈

We came from the Midwest of the U.S.A. and stayed for a week in June 2025, using Villa Guarnaschelli as our base for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, and elsewhere. We had a rental car, which is useful since the place sits high up and getting up and down the hill is a long journey. That hilltop setting gives you fantastic views. Everything was very clean. The owners, Marco and Adrianna, were VERY friendly, and so were the staff, Giana [?] and Mariana[?]. The housekeepers were fantastic, though I didn't get their names. The rooms had A/C, blackout shutters, and TVs. Showers were spacious with great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent, with meats, eggs, breads and pastries, hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit, jams, yogurts, and more. The pool was a welcome way to cool off after sightseeing. Our group was me, my two daughters, 18 and 20, my brother, and his son, who was 18. We all really enjoyed our stay!

The included breakfast was delicious and all made by the staff. There was also a pool to enjoy. This is up on a hill, with a quiet atmosphere and fresh air. For a mid-range price, it's the best hotel I've found so far. The staff's manner matters to me as much as the hotel itself, and believe me, they gave us the warmest welcome. Our bus was late, so we arrived at 1:30 AM. We had contacted the owner earlier that day, and she showed us how to check in. She was really kind. Without her help, we might have had to spend the whole night outside.

The property exceeded what was advertised, surrounded by olive groves in the beautiful Florentine Hills. After day trips into Florence, it was lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine and soak up the Tuscan atmosphere. There's plenty of convenient parking, and the whole place is carefully maintained, right down to the little corners. We had a clean, spacious, comfortable room. The pool looked nice, though we didn't have time to use it. Lucia gave us a warm welcome. When we weren't sure what each other meant, she quickly used a translation app on her phone. Communicating that way was fun and added to the feeling that we were officially an American couple on holiday. The hands-on owner, Adriana, and her staff made a good stay great. Adriana was lovely and did everything she could to make it memorable. She made sure the wine we'd ordered was chilled for an evening on their quaint terrace overlooking the Tuscany hills, and the breakfast staff cooked our eggs just as we liked them. The continental breakfast had a big range of sweet and savory choices, and we enjoyed the different coffees and teas. Try their homemade honey products too. Breakfast was a great start to every day. Adrianna also suggested places to eat and was happy to call ahead to check availability and make reservations. At Enoteca Del Pesce, I had what might have been the best seafood pasta dinner of my life. Agriturismo Villa Guarnaschelli is very reasonably priced and highly recommended.
