We were happy with our stay, and Tuscany exceeded our expectations. The apartment is in a beautiful, peaceful spot with a lovely view. It's simply furnished but works well, though a small coffee table by the sofa would have helped. The kitchen also lacked basics like salt and pepper. It was very quiet during our few days there. Once we had neighbours on the other side of the wall, though, we could hear everything, so that's something to keep in mind. Shops and restaurants aren't within easy reach. That was fine for us, just worth knowing.

Set among olive trees on a hill, this villa has beautiful surroundings and a lovely place to stay in the heart of Toscana. The apartment comes with a little garden for barbecues, there's private parking, and the pool is nice. The only odd thing is that using the kitchen isn't included in the base price. You'll need to factor in the extra charge.

The houses and pool were clean, the employees friendly, and there's free WiFi. It's a nice place, only a 10 minute drive from the beach. But the houses have no air conditioning, which can be unbearable when it's 40 celcius, and the location is far from big cities.

We've stayed here twice now, and both visits have been excellent. The location is great, a five-minute drive from the sea and close to the medieval village of Scarlino. The houses are clean and comfortable, each with a garden. Ours was fenced and private, just right for my dog, and there's also a big dog park where four-legged guests can run around. There's a pool with a spectacular view, and some nice walks if you want to spend a day on site. The woman who welcomed us was very kind, and throughout the week she gave us great tips on places to see and affiliated restaurants to try. We'll definitely be back.

A beautiful, well-placed spot with lovely views and plenty of privacy and peace. The apartment was welcoming, and the pool has a great view. Hospitality and professionalism were excellent.
