This is about the restaurant. The food was excellent, service was great, and the local specialties are well worth trying.

The food at Locanda San Barnaba was so good, it's worth making a detour just to eat here. We had a fabulous dinner, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff who were super professional, a great wine selection, and delicious food. The meat quality is exceptional. Places like this are exactly why people fall in love with Tuscany.

Avoid this place. It took the front desk over half an hour to find our booking. The room's AC was faulty, and instead of fixing it, they gave me a paperclip to try to reset it. That didn't work, and the room was like a sauna.

The evening was just right for a Tuscan outing. We had a delicious meal with wine and dessert, and the owners and staff made us feel very welcome. Our hotel recommended it, and I’m glad it did.
