Stay away! When we arrived, they asked for an extra 168 EUR even though we had booked through the agency. Nobody was working at reception, so we had to call for him to come from home. There was a woman who didn’t understand any language other than Italian. Don’t follow Google Maps when driving to the hotel. There’s a sign on the main road, then take the shortest street down. Google Maps and Waze send you down a steep street where you can only get out by reversing. Watch for the road sign. Despite the large extra charge, nobody came to clean our rooms for four days. All the linens smelled greasy and didn’t feel aired out, so we had to sleep with the window open. It was horrifying. I felt robbed!

Check-in was incredibly convenient, and both customer service and cleanliness were second to none. The resort was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. An amazing place to stay in Sicily, highly recommended.

It was okay, but the Wi-Fi was poor and sometimes there was no water. The neighbors in room 121 were VERY NOISY, and the walls don’t block sound. The doors creak a lot too. There’s a pool, though I don’t think it belongs to the hotel since it seems open to everyone. You have to ask for breakfast on your first day, unless the restaurant is closed, which I’m not sure about.
