Domus Aleria Deluxe Rooms

Domus Aleria balances thoughtful design with a real sense of history and warmth. It was once Ignazio's grandmother's home, and the renovation shows so much care and respect in every detail. The contemporary architecture feels effortlessly stylish without losing that connection to its past. Ignazio and Simone are gracious, intuitive, and clearly passionate about what they've made. There's no food served at the property, but they helped arrange our meals, shared fantastic local recommendations, and even booked for us. We felt like welcomed guests rather than tourists in this corner of Sicily. A rare gem, and we can't wait to return.

We only stayed two nights and wished we'd booked longer. Everything felt perfect, from the Nina bedroom and the house itself to the comfort, location, and breakfast. Most of all, Ignazio and Simone made us feel so welcome and gave us really good tips for restaurants and things to do nearby. They made our time in Sciacca memorable. I'd strongly recommend booking a room here.

Ignatio gave us such a warm welcome, and the accommodation was amazingly appointed. The property has been carefully maintained and adapted with quality materials and equipment, from the fine porcelain tea and coffee cups to the lovely tiled floors. The mattress and air conditioning gave us the best night's sleep ever. We also got excellent restaurant recommendations and a superb breakfast at a local bar, included in the room rate. We'd definitely return next time we're in Sicilia.

We were sorry to leave and wish we'd stayed longer. Simone and Ignazio are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they'll help arrange anything or answer questions about the area. The stylish rooms are stunning, with plenty of space, great lighting, and powerful showers. The town center is right on the doorstep, with lots more to explore nearby. We have no hesitation recommending this beautiful, remarkable B&B and look forward to returning.
