Guest House La corte normanna

The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and our room was comfortable and roomy too. Even though Corte Normanna is tucked into the heart of ancient Sciacca, the residential setting, just steps from the shops, was quiet and cool, away from traffic and city noise. A peaceful corner of history and well-being. We had every comfort, including a great coffee selection and remote-controlled mattresses that were lovely after long walks around town. Our host had thought of everything. Staying here was a pleasure.

Nino, the owner and host, was always attentive and available, and gave us advice we found invaluable. We had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse in the Arab quarter, where the alleys, courtyards, stairways, and squares give you a feel for the city. The room was clean, cosy, and quiet, with parking available. Sciacca's most beautiful attractions were easy to reach on foot, and the place was excellent value.

Nino was helpful and pointed us toward lovely places and excellent restaurants. From this clean, comfortable property in the historic center, Sciacca's most characteristic spots are just a short walk away. Breakfast is served at one of the city's best cafes and pastry shops, in the charming market square beside the property, and it was excellent.

We’ve now stayed at the beautiful La Corte dei Normanni twice. Nino, the manager, is welcoming, very kind, and helpful. The quaint B&B is in upper Sciacca, just a few minutes on foot from the main street, Via Roma.
