After a long drive, this was just the place to unwind. We loved relaxing by the lovely pool, especially with bar service right there. The family-run place felt like an oasis, and Alberto took care of everything we needed. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing. There’s onsite parking, and the remote setting was peaceful. Nothing to dislike at all.

We spent a few days here in October and loved how peaceful it was. The beach is close by, and in autumn it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The place was cozy and exceptionally clean, with caring staff and delicious food. We chose the dinner package. There’s also a great pool area and a play space for children, plus beautiful views.

The mountain and sea views are the kind you remember. We stayed four nights at Hotel Donna Carmela to get away from the east coast bustle, and found the peace we wanted. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was tasty, and the large pool area was great for swimming or just relaxing. We’d love to come back someday. It really feels like a hidden gem.

Alberto was a wonderful host, and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was okay. The hotel sits among olive trees in an idyllic spot, very close to the beach.

The staff made us feel so welcome, and were friendly, helpful, and personal throughout. When we had trouble with our rental car, they even helped us find a mechanic. Dinner was a real highlight: a small menu that changes daily, and everything we tried was delicious, some of the best food we had in Sicily. The hotel was clean and well kept, with a good location about 15-20 minutes from Sciacca. Breakfast was nice but very simple, and we thought it could have been better for the price.
