We had such a great week and everyone was welcoming, from the cleaners to the bar and catering staff and the entertainment team. Teresa cleaned our room every day and greeted us with a smile and a good morning. The entertainment staff made everyone feel included around the pool and in the evenings, despite their long hours. Elif doesn’t speak English fluently, but still made an effort to chat with us and include us in activities, even though we didn’t speak Italian or French, the resort’s main languages. We had a great time joining in where we could. A special thanks to Carmen for spending time with us and making us feel so welcome. We especially enjoyed the aqua gym and yoga that she runs twice every day. It was lots of fun, and we appreciated how she encouraged everyone to join. We also enjoyed watching her dance lessons. We’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit. Grazie mille a tutti! From Carolina and Raquel.

The food was varied and tasty, and as a vegetarian I had no trouble finding things to eat. Getting to the beach on the little train was very convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. My family and I had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to Latizia and Mario at reception. Their language skills were awesome. Grazie mille💗😊💗

The beach was really nice, but you have to take the small train shuttle to reach it. Rooms have been renovated, though many other parts of the hotel could use some modernization. This place may work better for an all-inclusive stay, since there aren’t other food options nearby. The city is 5km away, so you’ll need to go there for alternatives.

The staff throughout the hotel were very kind and polite, and both the resort and beach were clean.
