Picculu Dammusu is tiny but clean, and it had all the amenities we could need, with fruit juice, water, pastries and plenty more. The steep staircase is the one downside. It could be dangerous, so it won’t suit everyone. Thanks to the owners for the welcome. See you next time!

We spent a couple of days here in mid-October. The quirky room has two levels, with the sleeping area up on a mezzanine, and the kitchen had everything needed for breakfast or preparing meals. We didn't cook, though, and chose to eat at one of the recommended pastry shops and the various restaurants in Scicli instead. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but the very kind owner fixed it straight away.

The host was friendly and helpful, and the clean little house was nicely appointed. Its location makes it convenient for exploring the town. The main drawbacks were the lack of Wi-Fi and TV channels that were hard to watch, perhaps because of the strong wind.

The room wasn't well maintained, and parking was a real headache. It's near the pedestrian area, so we had to wait until late at night to find a spot in the town center. The positives were breakfast being available and a very comfortable bed. I wasn't very satisfied overall.

Angelo gave us great tips on places to eat and things to see, and even left us everything needed for a decent breakfast. The clean, tidy B&B is right in the center of beautiful Scicli. Thank you!
