We really enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool a couple of times after hiking, especially since the wellness area was quiet. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely view, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were so kind too. Parking could be awkward to maneuver in when the hotel is full, but that was a small drawback in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The restaurant and wine list are both top level, and the service is spot on. The design is beautiful, with an attention to detail in the decor and throughout the hotel that’s hard to match. I travel a lot, and this place is easily in my top three. Don’t miss it if you’re in Val Gardena.

I’m not usually someone who gets wowed by hotels, but I’d happily stay here again. It was spotless and had a really cute theme. Breakfast was good, and the amenities were great too, from the sauna and spa to the rooftop and jacuzzi.
