Garnì Villa Erna

The owners were so lovely, and our spotless room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and a perfect way to start each day. We stayed a couple of nights and loved the fabulous location, with a short walk into Sëlva and plenty of hikes around. Definitely recommend staying here.

Paola and her team were kind and helpful, setting a great tone for our family’s March 2025 ski stay. We were five people in a well-equipped three-bedroom apartment with wonderful 360-degree views of the Dolomites. Parking under the villa was easy, and there’s a ski room with space to get ready. In ski season, you can ski straight from the property to the slopes, and getting back is just as easy. I can imagine it being equally nice in summer. The breakfasts were excellent, and Paola helped us with a few bookings and recommendations. I can’t imagine a better setup or a better-run stay. Villa Erna’s high ratings are well deserved. Highly recommend!

Villa Erna has been one of my favorite places for ski holidays. We first came in winter 2014, then 2015, and returned in 2023 during the March break week. The location is close to the main Dantarcepies lift and makes it easy to start the Sella Ronda in either direction, green or orange. The rooms and apartments are suitable, and there’s a hairdryer, kettle with delicious tea, amazing breakfast, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere. The host is the best. I especially love the wellness area with its sauna and infrared room. Thanks to the owners for such a wonderful time in beautiful Villa Erna. Highly recommend it for ski vacations.

The owner and staff made us feel at home, and when my wife and I wanted wine with dinner, they kindly brought us glasses and an opener, along with plates, forks, and knives for our food. The breakfast was very well organized. We had an easy time parking, and our room was spacious and clean. The terrace, with its great Dolomites view, was even bigger than the room. The sauna, phisio therm, and outdoor jacuzzi were lovely and free to use. We’d planned a three-week trip around Italy, with three days in the Dolomites, one night in Cortina d'Ampezzo, and two nights in or around Ortisei. After considering and canceling a few places, choosing this one was an excellent decision. We were on a tight schedule, and my housemate even suggested skipping the day’s plans to enjoy the station hotel all day. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in across many parts of the world.
