The 24-hour concierge service was excellent, and breakfast was okay. Our room had the basics, plus a lovely balcony with a glimpse of the sea, but there were several things that made the stay frustrating. Staff came into the room without knocking, sometimes several times a day. Even when they knocked and we answered, they still entered. Maybe they couldn't hear us from outside, but we weren't given a "do not disturb" sign until the very end of the stay. Shampoo and soap also stopped being replenished after 2-3 days. The shower door was broken, and the bidet couldn't be used. Breakfast was another awkward point. They moved our table each day, and only on the last day did we learn that fixed tables were for full-board guests while everyone else was seated randomly. If they'd explained this at the start, we could have avoided sitting at a table that wasn't ours and being reprimanded in front of everyone. It made us feel like second-class guests. The management felt unprofessional, and while the hotel is okay for a night or two, customer service may disappoint.
