Raffaello Hotel

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The station is right beside it, so announcements are clearly audible. Freight trains pass at speed through the night, and you can hear them and feel the vibrations in the hotel. The walls are paper thin too, so noise from neighboring rooms carries through.

The rooftop glass pool has an outstanding view, and breakfast was among the best I've seen in Italy. The hotel is up to date, with quad glass windows in the rooms. Its location by both the river and the sea is outstanding, though the railway alongside it runs 24/7, which is a drawback.

The food was great, and I say that as someone who's worked in hospitality and restaurants for a while. I was here for four days for a workshop. The atmosphere was great, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and professional. Well done!

There are bikes for guests, a small fitness room, a terrace with pools, and a wellness center. The rooms and reception have been recently renovated and are always clean and tidy. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing, and there's a very good restaurant next door, plus other good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is close to the seaside, town center, and train station.
