The apartments are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the beach is just 30 meters away. But the property is only a few meters from the tracks. Trains pass loudly at all hours, and you can feel the vibrations. Trains are a problem throughout Senigallia, but the central area at least has sound barriers. Here, it feels like sleeping right on the tracks. There are no shutters, so at 6 in the morning the room is as bright as outdoors and you wake up then. The pool is cloudy. I wouldn't go in it, though I saw other guests using it. The property is about 3 km from Senigallia's center, so in the evening you need to drive or walk about 45 minutes each way. It may be the best option for families wanting a beach residence without spending a fortune, but personally I don't recommend it.

The staff were extremely kind and attentive to all our needs, and communication was excellent. The price was very competitive and the location was excellent. It could have been a perfect vacation with a few small improvements: the entrance looks a little shabby, though that's not directly the residence's fault, and the pool and common areas could be cleaner and tidier. Still, it's a wonderful place.

This was my second year in a row staying at the residence, and I've been satisfied. They accept dogs, and it's close to the beach and beach club 119, which has a dog-friendly beach. There's room for improvement, but it's worth it. Recommended.

The inside has mini apartments with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, plus a patio with a table and chairs out front. It was clean. I didn't like the outside of the building, which looks almost abandoned, and the railway is nearby.

A lovely, welcoming place just steps from the sea, and immaculately clean. Our studio was spacious and had all the comforts. They accept dogs, and it's perfect for a family with small children. Excellent!
