The staff were friendly, and this was the best coffee we've had in Italy so far. But we had a cold shower, ants in the bathroom, and a hot room even with AC. The shower cubicle was tiny, and parking was a nightmare when we arrived late while the restaurant was open. I don't think it's suitable for disabled people. After the hotel's comments, it seems I'm being called a liar about these problems. Funny. I'll reflect that in my star rating.

The rooms and shared areas were spotless, with lovely attention to detail, and breakfast was varied and high quality. We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived, and the owners were friendly, helpful, and always available. A truly pleasant stay at an excellent hotel in every way. I'll definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. Sincerely, Sharon.

We stayed five nights in mid-October, last week, and ended up adding one more because we had such a great time. Mrs. Serena was very kind, and Ms. Asia gave excellent massages. The hospitality, cleanliness, and strategic location were real strengths. Even our big dog was warmly welcomed. We hope to return.

The location is quiet, the staff are friendly, and the rooms have all the necessary comforts. Cleanliness could be better: the previous guest's cigarette butts were still on the windowsill, and the bath towels could've been cleaner. A few small improvements would make a real difference. Recommended.

Just one night with breakfast, but I was satisfied and will come back. The room was very nice and clean, and the shower was mega clean. Thanks!
