It's a very quiet part of Seregno, with greenery all around the property. Our room for three had a small terrace, and there was a covered garage as well. Ms. Concetta was very kind when she welcomed us.

Laura was careful and helpful with the booking, and the receptionist was exceptionally kind and attentive to what guests needed. The property itself is lovely, well cared for, and very clean. It's definitely worth considering if you're staying in this area. Congratulations, we'll certainly return.

The woman who checked us in was kind, and the property itself has a lot going for it: it's welcoming, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. We had rented an apartment for four, with one double bedroom without air conditioning and a large bathroom. The spacious kitchen had two single beds and air conditioning. We noticed at midnight, just before bed, that there weren't enough pillows for four of us. If we'd seen earlier, we would have asked reception. We couldn't sleep with only two pillows or choose between a soft one and a firm one. The single bed sheets were colored rather than white, so dirt or hair is less easy to spot. The dish drainer was dirty, though thankfully we didn't use it. We didn't need to cook, as the pans were worn out and scratched, and cooking in them is harmful. The coffee maker still had coffee from previous guests. Towels came in mixed colors, from white to pink, and white would be better. This place has real potential. A few small details like these could make it the best.

The room, though, felt dated and poorly furnished, with too many pieces and a jumble of styles. As other reviews have said, the linens were mismatched and old, and didn't feel up to the price. There was lint on the mattress, as the photo shows, and it felt uncomfortable even through the sheets, though at least the mattress itself was comfortable. There were only towels for one person despite there being two of us, and no shower gel. The receptionist said linens and soap aren't required because this isn't a hotel, something we hadn't been told beforehand. She still tried to help by getting us some shower gel. To those replying to reviews: answering people arrogantly when they mention what they disliked, with reasons that are hard to understand, rather than using the feedback to improve, doesn't reflect well. If I'd read those responses first, I would have moved on. The rooms wouldn't need much to match the rest of the place. I'd consider changing architects.
