The restaurant was terrific, with excellent local food and great service. After a couple of days, our waiter Pino and chef Franco were recommending local dishes and making them for us off-menu. We stayed for a week in late May to explore the area. The resort sits at the edge of town, with an easy walk into the pleasant little center, where there are several interesting churches. The Certosa has its own museum, and there's a nearby sanctuario. It's also well placed for exploring the mountains and forest to the east, or heading to the beaches and archaeology on the east coast. The place was quiet while we were there. Our room was spacious and clean, the plumbing and electrics worked fine, and the large bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was free covered parking on site.

Domenico and Irene are true hosts. The welcome and service at Il Moscardino were warm, professional, and gracious, and they helped beyond what I expected. I'd recommend the property to anyone.

The restaurant was well run, with excellent, high-quality food, and the spacious room was comfortable. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The welcome was thoughtful and professional from the whole team, with special thanks to Maria, the owner Genco, and manager Lucia. Crisp air, ancient woods, pristine nature, and a chance to relax made this a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended.

We often visit Serra San Bruno, and I think we've finally found the right place. We stayed two days and nights. The rooms were welcoming, tidy, and clean, with daily housekeeping. The towels were soft, clean, and scented, and everything in the room, including the bathroom fixtures, seemed brand new. Breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious with generous portions. We booked half-board, which included water and wine, a rare extra to find. Restaurant service was excellent, with two professional, courteous staff members who were always smiling. The one flaw was the TV: only Rai Uno came in, though I don't think it would be difficult to fix. Thanks to Ms. Anna at reception for being so kind and helpful with everything.
