Olive trees surround this peaceful B&B in the hills near Sesto Fiorentino, and it’s a lovely spot. Public transport isn’t very close, but the owner is kind and welcoming and serves a nice breakfast. A good choice if you want to visit Florence and have somewhere quiet and relaxing to return to at night.

We took a quick day trip to Florence and found this place convenient by car, including for getting to the train station. It was very clean and relaxing, and the hosts were friendly.

The B&B is private, peaceful, and very tidy, with thoughtful details throughout. It sits up high with lovely views of the hills, though the road getting there is a little intimidating, as seems to be the case around Florence. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, just as the website suggested. Some of the art on the walls deserves a special mention. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and felt very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was truly excellent.
