The room was clean, the bathroom was good, and it was tidied every day. Mine faced residential houses, so the view wasn't much to look at. The front desk was helpful whenever I had questions, and the neighbourhood itself was quiet. Public transport is convenient, though check with reception about bus stops, since they had been moved during roadworks when I was there. I enjoyed dinner one evening. It was tasty and filling, the waiter looked after me well, and there was a very good wine selection. Breakfast had good choices too. If you admire Italian coffee, ask the waiter for an espresso. One thing to plan around: the restaurant closes on Sunday evenings. You'll need to eat elsewhere, though there's a mall with good food options about a 1.5 km walk away. I had a good stay.

Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, with a decent range of options, though nothing extravagant. My room was clean and comfortable for a short stay, and standard in size. The staff were friendly and helpful from arrival through checkout, and service was impressively quick. It's a straightforward, comfortable place with reliable service. I'd consider staying here again on my next trip.

The room faced the street, so traffic noise went on constantly and there was a smell of fumes. The WiFi was slow and unsecured, the minibar was empty, and the sheets were open on all four sides. It was also boiling hot. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told I could open the window. Getting to the hotel was an absolute pain too. What a scam. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life, never again.

The front desk staff were friendly and useful, and gave us extra keycards when we asked. We paid for the room when we left, and didn't try the breakfast they offer for an extra fee. The room was spacious and clean, and the AC worked well. There was just some rubbish left by a previous occupant in one of the cabinets.

Breakfast includes halal meat, bread, omelettes, croissants, butter cake, juice and hot drinks. The rooms are roomy and the washrooms spotless, which makes it a pleasure to stay here. They also have a wake-up call service.
