My first call was just to ask whether the single bed was a standard 90 cm wide bed or something wider, like a twin XL or queen, since I'm quite tall. After that, the receptionist changed the room price when I asked about it, then hung up and stopped answering. I was left looking for another hotel at 11:30 pm. I wasn't crying on the phone, and the price wasn't the issue by itself. The amount I paid is visible in the screenshot, but changing the price and then refusing to respond isn't a professional way to treat clients. I also have proof, and I wasn't alone when I called after dinner at Barbacoa in Milan. I'd suggest looking into why and how the price changed and speaking with your employee about it. Avoid this place.

A small hotel that was spotlessly clean, with a really comfortable bed. Good value, and getting around Milan was easy thanks to the transport links.

The location was the best part for us: Sesto Rondò station is literally a minute away, and the metro gets you to the dome in about 20 minutes. My girlfriend and I also found the owners kind and ready to help with requests. The breakfast had plenty of variety, and our room was clean.

The rooms were usable, the Wi-Fi was good, and the price was reasonable. Being near a metro station helped too. But the staff were awful, didn't seem to care about guests, and hardly spoke any English. The food was just okay, not very good. There were extra charges too. Even though the buffet was already paid for, a family eating together had to pay more, and there was also an "electric bill" charge. If you're on a very tight budget, it might work, but I'd spend extra to stay somewhere else.
