It had a lovely cosy feel, since the place isn’t too big and never seemed crowded. We really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and the facilities and views were great. There’s a fun weekly program, including guided hikes and sauna infusion sessions. They’re well prepared for hikers and may have things like walking sticks or a child’s trekking backpack available. It’s worth checking ahead so you don’t have to carry your own. We would’ve stayed longer if we’d had more time, and budget 😅😅!

We’ve stayed here many times, and the food is very good. I especially enjoyed the wellness facilities. We visited before the main season, so it was quiet and some lifts were still closed, but enough trails were open for day hikes. The rooms are great too.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and polite, and the breakfast buffet was generous. Dinner was decent, and the afternoon snack was a nice touch. There’s also a small wellness area and a lounge with mountain views. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the ski lift, though unfortunately the connecting ski slope wasn’t operating. You can buy a ski pass at reception. One thing they could reconsider is charging guests for tap water.

The food was decent, and the rooms were bright and renovated. It’s a cosy, pleasant place. The pool is small and has lots of screaming kids, but the spa is wonderfully cosy and has no kids.

A lovely family hotel with comfortable family rooms, a relaxing bar, and very friendly staff. It’s close to the ski slopes, and they arrange a shuttle bus for the return. Definitely recommend it.
