The staff deserve special mention: every single person was incredibly kind and friendly, and it almost felt like home. We stayed half board, and this was the best hotel restaurant we've ever eaten at. The food was excellent, as was the pastry chef's work. Breakfast was generous and delicious, too. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a lovely view of the Fiscalina Valley mountains. The bathroom was small but had a window, though it could use an update. The annex itself is also nice but needs renovation.

A lovely family hotel, and we'll definitely return. The kids have a playroom inside and out, plus a big lawn to run around on. The parents get treated to good food and attentive service.

The setting is wonderful, in what I think is the most beautiful part of the Dolomites. Service was excellent, and the cuisine was top-notch.
