The staff were lovely and helpful, and the service was great. Federico especially made every day better. He’s dedicated, kind, and always ready to help, and he really added to our stay. I hope the hotel management sees this, because he deserves a raise. The one thing that could keep us from coming back is the stomach trouble that affected six of the eight people in our group and lasted several days, disrupting our plans. I heard from other guests that they had the same experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and both the food and service are excellent. The nearest lift is a two-minute walk away, and from there you can connect to the gondola. You can also ski back. Since the hotel has a spa, it would be useful if every room came with a kettle, bathrobe, and slippers. You can rent those at reception.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the wellness area, though small, works well. Rooms were clean and decent, with a nice view over the valley, and the ski slopes are close by. There’s a covered garage. You do have to pay extra for things like wellness and pool towels, bathrobes, and dog-friendly rooms.

Biovita hotel Alpi is a really nice family hotel, with large rooms and friendly, easygoing staff. The food is great too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday.
