Residence Fontanelle

We were two families with five children and stayed for three nights. The apartment was very dusty and dirty, and there were no sheets, toilet paper, garbage bags, or even an old dish sponge. The children’s bunk beds had no fall protection. In one bedroom, the iron beds had exposed edges without rubber feet. The other bunk bed was awkwardly set against a window that couldn’t be opened. There was also a bed that was supposed to be double, but when we sat on its edge we found the base was barely wider than a single bed. In the bathroom, the mirror above the sink was so low that my head wasn’t in the frame, and I had to kneel to shave. This was nowhere near the experience we expected, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at this residence.

The staff were especially kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well furnished. I had a dream vacation in Sestola from March 8th to 11th, 2019. The town was lovely, and the residence was excellent, with an exceptional location.

The house was dirty and poorly heated. You have to buy basic things like sponges yourself. During inspection, if a pan is a little burned, tenants get blamed for not buying a grate. The deductions from the deposit felt embarrassing and profit-driven.

A great choice if you want to enjoy the mountains in summer or winter. The staff are always there to help with whatever you need, even when you’re a pain in the ass like me!
