We’ve been returning for two years and love the place. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there’s private outdoor parking. The rooms have a TV, air conditioning, and a wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom has a large shower, though the curtain is unfortunate, plus a bidet and a roomy, bright sink with a mirror. There’s also a shared kitchen stocked with what you need, just leave it clean. The owner is courteous and polite, and makes excellent breakfasts.

The food is thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients, and the capoon magro and cheese selection are especially worth trying. Emanuele, the farm chef, and the team make you feel welcome in a professional but warm way. The place is simple yet elegant, with excellent wines and delicious desserts.

It’s peaceful and convenient, with the sea just a short walk away and a church, mini market, and bus stop nearby. The location also works well for walking, catching trains to places like Sestri Levante, the Cinque Terre, and nearby villages, or heading out on hikes to panoramic spots. I loved relaxing under the pergola over a generous breakfast, surrounded by greenery, olive trees, flowers, and the vegetable garden. There’s plenty of green space, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful, quiet stay. Highly recommended!

A charming place with a top location, and everything else was wonderful. The aperitifs came with truly superb appetizers, served attentively and courteously. The main problem was the bathroom: there was only one, and its folding door was broken, despite needing to be shared by men, women, children, and disabled people. For an event of 80-100 people, that wasn’t suitable. Food service was also disorganized, with some people at a table able to start while others couldn’t. The bartender was rather unfriendly and rude, though his colleagues helped make up for it. A smile or a kind word goes a long way.
