Francesca made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She’s warm, gracious and very attentive, and each morning asked what we wanted for breakfast before preparing a fresh, personal spread. When a sudden downpour made it unsafe to return our rented scooter on departure day, she arranged a free ride to the train station without us even having to ask. Her kindness stayed with us. Casa del Priore is a gem: a beautifully preserved historic home with original artwork, antique furniture and thoughtful design details. The gardens are lush, and the place feels like a sanctuary where you can relax right away. It’s just under a 10-minute drive from Sestri Levante’s beaches and town center, yet feels quiet and tucked away, a lovely balance of convenience and calm. Our stay was comfortable and truly special. We’d return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it enough.

The villa is beautiful, and you can feel its history. The owners, two sisters, were lovely and helpful, and clearly wanted guests to feel at their best. Five-star service! Our room was clean, and breakfast was very good: croissants, coffee, bread, jam, juice and yogurt. The bathrooms are shared, but we never felt inconvenienced and could use them whenever we needed. It’s only six or seven minutes by car from the city center. One suggestion: a fridge for guests would be useful. I’d definitely recommend this B&B.

Francesca is a special person, thoughtful and empathetic, and really attentive to what guests need. Her rooms are distinctive, bright and impeccably clean. We’ve stayed here several times and always had a wonderful time. The property is surrounded by greenery in a secluded, very quiet area, a lovely family-style setting for anyone looking to recharge. It’s hard to capture the feel of this little corner of paradise in a review. Highly recommended, you have to see it for yourself.

The breakfast was generous, with fresh pastries, yogurt and cereal alongside eggs and focaccia. We could eat indoors or out in the lovely garden. We also arrived on a motorcycle and had a private, secure spot in the courtyard, which was really handy. Our room was spacious, clean and well looked after. The private bathroom was just beside the room rather than inside it, but it was still convenient and private. The owner was so warm and welcoming that we felt at home. Since it was my boyfriend's birthday the day after we arrived, she surprised him with a pastry and candle, plus a chalkboard saying "Happy Birthday". Such a thoughtful little gesture. A place cared for with real affection.
