Alessandro gave us activity ideas and a map, which we especially appreciated. Our one regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The breakfast was fantastic, with a professional coffee machine, at least 10 kinds of fresh homemade pastries, pancakes, jams, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled filtered water, ham, salami, eggs and cheeses. It was all premium quality, and there was so much to choose from that even a five-star hotel might not offer this much. The house and garden are wonderful, full of flowers, arbors and cozy little seating spots tucked apart for privacy. There are loungers by the jacuzzi and comfortable parking. The room was a dream, luxuriously furnished with lovely pastel and white bedding, a huge comfortable bed, armchairs and plenty of storage. Everything matched. The modern bathroom has room for two in the shower, and thoughtful extras include robes, slippers, beach towels, premium shampoo and shower gel, and a professional hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair. The minibar had water and prosecco, with chilled champagne glasses. There was a different chocolate each day, and coffee, cream, cups and pastries on the table. Even the coffee box was elegant. The room was cool when we arrived, thanks to the air conditioning, and the soundproofing was perfect. Though there’s a road outside, we heard nothing with the door shut, nor any neighbors. There’s a mosquito net if you want fresh air. The bath and regular towels were fluffy, and even the bath mat was more than just a towel. There was also a home cinema with a huge TV. Everything smelled lovely; slipping into the robe and bed felt like a treat. Towels were changed every two days even when we hadn’t left them on the floor, and the bed linen was changed too. 😍🥰
