The setting is lovely, right on the beach, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. My room was spotless, and the staff were professional, friendly and impeccable in how they treated us. I had an excellent stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was just average for a 3 star hotel. Everything else was 5+. Service was exceptional, the staff were super nice and friendly, and the location and views over my favourite beach were fantastic.

The rooms are a bit simple, but that’s about what you’d expect for the price. We had a small miscommunication, which was handled very well. Good attention from the staff, and an incredible location.

I emailed back and forth with them for two days to arrange two massages for me and my boyfriend, one lymphatic drainage and one deep tissue. They finally confirmed just a couple of hours before the time I wanted. Nobody asked about our needs or preferences when we arrived. They were pushy and basically sent us straight to lie down. My massage turned into a calf and thigh rub with A LOT of oil. I fell asleep, and I swear they didn’t touch my back. I woke up with my back still sore and was literally covered in oil. Honestly, the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. Don’t be persuaded by the “massage by the ocean” description. It’s an industrial area with a giant shipping yard that happens to be on the water. A waste of time and money.
