The train connections to the Cinque Terre were very good, and there was also a ferry to Portofino. The location is right on the seafront, close to the centre and restaurants, and the building has an interesting past as a theatre. The owner also runs a chocolate factory, so there were Easter treats during my stay. I’d just returned from a very enjoyable visit to Suite Hotel Nettuno, at the start of its season. My balcony suite was beautiful, immaculate, and nicely decorated, with sunset views and the luxury of two bathrooms on separate levels. Giovanna deserves a special mention. She was quick to respond to messages and helpful over the phone while I was arranging the trip, then showed real interest in my itinerary and shared lots of information during my stay. The website’s WhatsApp link made it easy to call for free from abroad. That personal touch added a lot to the experience.

We were there in early August and really liked the hotel's atmosphere. It sits right on the seafront and has its own beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and focused on guests. Marino, Giovanna, and Elisa were welcoming and always ready with useful information. We’d definitely recommend the hotel to families with children.

The staff were so warm and welcoming that we felt at home. Our room had its own character, with special touches throughout, and waking up to that unbeatable sea view felt magical. Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. I loved every moment of our stay.

We had a great stay at this charming oceanfront hotel in the heart of Sestri levante. The private beach access was excellent, and we could walk to everything in town.

The reception guys were so kind, and having breakfast outside with that perfect view was lovely. Great location, with a sandy beach and beautiful sunsets.
