After only 2-days, we left the 4-day booking at Vila Vignolo, Sestri Levante, Italy. We were two families with small children, and the villa was in very poor shape, nothing like the photos or description. There was mold on the walls, no hot water, broken kitchen appliances and dirty linens. We felt unsafe at night when suspicious people on scooters lingered near our cars. Parking also led to problems with neighbors, and the host offered no guidance or help. The host asked us to leave early, then threatened legal action if we wrote a negative review. That was unacceptable. We can't recommend Vila Vignolo.

We felt we had to leave earlier than planned, and I believe a full refund is fair and necessary. The property didn't meet the standards advertised and seriously affected our holiday. Please start the refund process as soon as possible or tell me what to do next. I'm happy to provide any evidence or other information needed. Our stay at SESTRI Villa Vignolo was deeply disappointing and distressing, particularly with young children. The villa didn't match the platform photos or description. There was visible mold, no hot water for showers, and ongoing arguments with neighbors over parking. It made the stay stressful and unpleasant, and the property didn't feel safe or suitable for a family.

Avoid this place!!! We were two families of four, with children aged 1 - 6 yr. It was neglected, one of the worst accommodations I've ever seen. Mold on the walls, no hot water, dirty sheets, and a kitchen and restroom you didn't even want to enter.

The house was spotless and tidy inside, and we all slept comfortably in the beds. We came for an evening with friends and had such a good time. The owner was warm and helpful, and even had the grill lit when we arrived and cooked our food right there. A great pick for a group of friends wanting a special weekend, with a stunning view over Sestri Levante bay and the whole valley.

So peaceful and enchanting 🤩. The sea and the greenery both look marvelous from here. We came with family and will definitely be back.
