Tenuta Le Pantanelle

The estate is beautiful, with a charming garden, and the owners are so kind that you feel right at home. The rooms were brand new, clean, and quiet, and the price was very good. At breakfast they asked about our preferences. We didn’t have any, but alongside the usual options there was fresh seasonal fruit from their fields, juice, pastries, and homemade jams. We had a really positive stay, and I hope to come back soon.

We celebrated both of our children’s first communions here, and the days were unforgettable. There’s plenty of natural space for children, including the estate’s different animals. The food was authentic and much appreciated by adults and kids alike. Staff were genuine, courteous, and attentive to every guest. Alessandra deserves a special mention for noticing every detail. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and our room was new and spotless. The property is beautiful and very carefully maintained, and it’s a fantastic escape from the city’s chaos.

I spent two nights at this place surrounded by nature. It’s a great base for visiting the Agropontino, Sermoneta, and the Garden of Ninfa, and especially the beautiful, often overlooked PIANA DELLE ORME museum. Everyone should visit it at least once. My room, bed, and bathroom were comfortable and very clean, and the welcome was excellent. I felt at home. The property has been fully modernized while keeping the character of the area’s historic estates, and it gives off a real sense of history and tradition. There are lots of historical items and written records around. The owner shares his passion for the area and its roots. In the morning, breakfast includes excellent natural products made on the estate, such as jams and Senatore Cappelli flour, which they use for delicious biscuits, pastries, cakes, and bread, also available to buy. You can have dinner outside in the lovely garden or in the restaurant. The dishes are tasty and made with genuine ingredients. I recommend it to anyone who loves nature, simple services, and wholesome food.
