The owners were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The house has four different apartments, all with the comforts you need, and the price was great. Come ready to enjoy the best of Sicily.

The owner is friendly, but doesn’t describe the apartments carefully. If you expect standard apartments, know that three were converted from the building’s garage area. Two have metal container-style entrance doors, and another has a shutter. None of the apartments have windows, so once you close the door you have to run the air conditioning just to breathe. The kitchenware is sparse, the towels are very worn, and there are no complimentary basics like oil, salt, or water. In the bathroom, the toilet seat is loose, the sink is clogged, and the shower is camper-sized. Eating outdoors is impossible because of the swarm of thirsty mosquitoes.

There’s everything you need here, maybe even more than you’d expect, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owners were the best part, always available. Thanks for everything.

Such a shame we only stayed one night. The apartment was fantastic, clean, and welcoming, and the owner was friendly, very kind, and helpful.
