Nadia gave the worst front desk service you can expect. I had the dishonor of meeting one of the owners, who turned her back on me. That seemed to be her idea of customer service. Save your money and sleep in your car, at least then you know what to expect.

We were welcomed late in the evening by smiling, kind people who took great care of our group. I visited Grand Hotel President recently with a group from Greece, and although we only stayed one night, I have nothing but good things to say. The excellent staff made us feel at home through their kindness and professionalism. I’d especially like to praise how they treated and served us. Thank you all very much. Maria Pagartani

The hotel is huge, with lots of lounge areas, and the beach is within walking distance. Our room was very clean, and breakfast was great. We’ll definitely be back.

The ocean view, with the mountains behind it, made such a beautiful setting for our wedding there on August 27th. The staff were kind and very helpful throughout. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely be going back.

We spent five days in Siderno for a wedding, and the hotel worked out really well. The town is about a mile away. It’s fairly small but has enough for most shopping, including an iPhone store where I found the accessories I needed. The hotel itself reminded me a little of a Catskill’s resort, with families staying for a week or so while their children join camp activities. Watching them sing and dance was cute. There’s a lovely pool, and an underpass leads to a beautiful beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The water was crystal clear. Breakfast had lots of choices, including a machine for making your own cappuccino or other coffees. Our room was tiny but surprisingly functional, and the balcony had a great view of the Ionian sea. The staff were polite and helpful. I’d have no problem recommending this hotel.
