The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and parking was really convenient. Everything was within a 10-15 minute walk, so the location was excellent. The hotel is simple but very clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing memorable, though the service was great. For a three-star place, I’d give it four stars. We had a really nice stay and I’d recommend it.

Between the train station and the main Piazza, Hotel Minerva is very well placed. The breakfast had plenty of choices, with a large eating area, and the rooms were very clean. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Our bed was a little uncomfortable, but the prices were reasonable and we’d happily stay again. An excellent stay overall.

The view from our room was great. Hotel Minerva worked well for getting around Siena, with the main sights about a 10-15 minute walk away. The service was good, the room was clean, and breakfast was fine.

The hotel sits just beyond the medieval fortifications and has a spacious parking garage attached. Rooms were clean and the staff were nice, and breakfast was a generous standard European spread. The ground-floor rooms look out onto a really unusual backyard that serves as a terrace.

I really liked my room, especially the fantastic city view. It was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the train station, though the walk is about 1.8 km and uphill from there. Getting to the city center is also around 1.8 km on foot, since the hotel isn't in or beside it.
