The garden terrace is the best part, facing west with a lovely view. It's a wonderful spot for an evening aperitif at sunset or coffee in the morning, and in warm weather breakfast is served in the garden. There's a large selection at breakfast and they make coffee at the bar. Service was great. The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, with easy access to the sights. The old historic building still has that atmosphere, and the rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. Take care if arriving in your own car, since the hotel is inside the ZTL. To avoid risking a fine, it's best to park nearby and walk a couple of minutes.

The staff saved our trip when I accidentally booked for the day before we were due to arrive. After we didn't show up, they reached out to check everything was okay. When we arrived the next day, they were incredibly gracious, honored the reservation, and accommodated our need for two rooms. We stayed at the Palazzo Ravizza 12 years ago and again in March 2026, reserving two rooms for our family on both trips. The quality has held up over the years. Our rooms were clean, had a wonderful local feel, and came with lovely views. The location is great, just a short walk from the key sites, and on-site parking is invaluable. Customer service was outstanding.

Our upgraded room was very large, with a garden view and the Tuscan hills beyond it. The shower was unusually spacious by Italian standards. The hotel is historic, with a gorgeous view and garden, and every detail felt carefully considered. Breakfast was very nice, and the woman preparing the espresso and cappuccinos was wonderful. We'd highly recommend staying here and would jump at the chance to return.

The garden is lovely, with beautiful views, and makes a great place for breakfast or a rest after exploring the city. Hotel Palazzo Ravizza is a beautiful palazzo turned into a charming boutique hotel, with spacious, elegant rooms full of character. The location makes it easy to see Siena on foot while still having convenient parking. The directions they sent before arrival for driving into the historic center were extremely helpful. A real gem, and we'd gladly come back.

The garden at Palazzo Ravizza is mesmerizing every time, with the fountain's calming sound, trees overhead, and the sun setting over the Tuscan valley hills. I've been coming here for many years, and it's always a joy to stay in beautiful Siena. Grazie mille Francesca, Mónica, Cristina and all the staff. Ci vediamo l'ano prossimo!
