The location and room were both perfect for my two-night stay. The soundproofing, though, was really, really poor. I’m sensitive to noise when I sleep, so I’d consider somewhere else if you are too.

The apartment’s uninterrupted views across Piazza Del Campo made this a holiday to remember. It’s an authentic Tuscan place in Siena, very spacious and full of beautiful features. One more thing, try the Pizza shop downstairs. Fabulous.

Traveling with large suitcases? I’d avoid this place. I made the mistake of bringing them, and that was on me. I’m not blaming you or anyone for that, and this review isn’t about the luggage issue. My concerns are that there’s no lift, the place wasn’t clean like the photos suggested, and nobody was at reception after 15:00. The entrance was the dirtiest I’d ever seen. I respect how you run your business, and I expect the same respect for my review. Take care, God bless.

We were sorry they had no vacancy when we wanted to add another day, because we’d happily return to Piazza Paradiso Accomodation. Our studio (in edificio separato) was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with working AC, fast WIFI, and a pretty courtyard garden. It also had a small kitchen with some basics, though we ate at restaurants, and a laundry machine that came in handy in the July heat when we were changing clothes several times a day. The directions were excellent, and the person at the front desk was wonderful. I’m sorry I forgot his name. He marked places to visit on a map and suggested a couple of excellent restaurants. We appreciated the offer to park our car for 20 Euro, since driving in historic towns is difficult. We loved our stay and hope to come back someday.

Domenico went well beyond what he had to do. After we arrived at Piazza Paradiso and told him we’d parked in a residents-only lot, he immediately realized we might get a ticket. He checked us in, then walked back with us and helped move the car to a permitted spot. He said directions and a map might have taken too long, leaving us with less time to see his beautiful town. He got us settled in under 30 minutes and recommended several places to eat. Driving into Siena was stressful, since we didn’t know where to park. The hotel was very clean, right in the heart of the city, and the service was top notch. We absolutely recommend it and will stay here next time we’re in Siena.
